How to Use
CRAFT + FOOD & POT
– The Crafting, Food & Potion sections operate on the same principle
– Enter the item name in the “Search Item…” field
– Select the Tier
– Enter the quantity to craft
– Input the Station Usage Fee
– Select the Daily Production Bonus if active (10%-20%)
– Choose the Crafting Location & Mode (Standard, Royal City, Standard + Focus, Royal City + Focus).
– Input prices: check manually in-game or use the AO Data Project to fetch the latest user data automatically
– Automatic prices may not always be up-to-date, so we strongly recommend verifying them against the game
– The software defaults to the EUROPE server. If you play on AMERICA (WEST) or ASIA, you can change the server at the top
– The software automatically selects material prices from the cheapest Royal City; you can manually select a specific Royal City if preferred
– You can also automatically fetch the sell price from the AO Data Project
– All Cities (Best Sell Price); analyzes all cities with data to provide the best sell price. This is the lowest price on the market. Listing at this price ensures your item appears at the top
– For specific sales, you can fetch prices from any city of your choice
– It is crucial to check how up-to-date the data is. For the most accurate calculation, we recommend entering the sell price manually
– If you fill Journals while crafting, enter the prices for empty and full journals to see your additional profit
– After filling in all fields, press the CALCULATE button
– You can check the receipt that appears immediately after pressing the CALCULATE button
– Here you can view the item name, quantity, tier, and total RR bonus of the item you are crafting
– Your Estimated Net Profit is always calculated after taxes and RR values are applied. This represents your actual “Net Profit.”
– All materials required to craft the item, along with their quantities, are listed here
– You can see the amount of materials that will be returned based on the RR bonus after crafting
– In the Financial Breakdown section, you can view your gross cost, return value, station usage fee, and Journal profit. At the very bottom, you can see the Total Cost resulting from these values
– In the Net Revenue section, you can see the total sales value of all items, representing the revenue you will generate
– At the bottom, you can see the 4% market tax (Premium rate)
– You can save your profit/loss to your personal ledger using the “ADD TO LEDGER” button on the calculation receipt
– With your ledger records, you can view past transactions without needing to memorize what you crafted. By analyzing your history, you can identify and re-craft profitable items
– The ledger is completely secure. Only you can view your records
– It saves locally to your browser. You will lose access to your records if you clear your cookies/cache or switch computers/browsers
– You can create a bulk production plan using the “+ ADD TO PLAN” button found on the calculation receipt
– Press this button after calculating each item to add it to your production plan
– Once finished, you can view the materials needed item-by-item, or check the “TOTAL REQUIRED MATERIALS” section at the bottom to see your total needs and purchase everything at once
REFINE
– The REFINE section operates entirely on inventory analysis and stock calculation logic
– Enter the total amount of raw materials in your inventory. For example: If you have 100x T3, 50x T4, and 50x T4.1 Wood; simply enter 100x T3 and 100x T4. All sub-tiers (enchantments) within T4 are combined and entered as T4
– Select the daily activity bonus, station fee, crafting location, and mode, then press the calculate button
– If you have enough raw materials to complete the cycle, the system confirms the process and shows the final amount of refined resources you will obtain
– If you are missing materials to complete the cycle, the system identifies exactly which materials are missing and how much of each type you need
– After purchasing these materials from the market, input them using the “+ ADD RAW MATERIAL” button and press calculate again to complete the cycle and view the results
