1.2. BUYER:
The “BUYER” is the person who becomes a member of the website https://www.albionblueprint.com, places an order, and approves this agreement. The information declared by the BUYER during membership or at the time of placing the order is taken as basis.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product/service, whose specifications and sales price are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, payment method of the product/service consist of the information available at the moment the order is completed.
The purchased product is a license/access right for the software named “Albion BluePrint.”
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product subject to this Agreement on the website and has given the required confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to this Agreement is a software/license service provided entirely in electronic form and does not require any physical delivery. Delivery is made instantly after the BUYER completes the payment, either through instant access via the user panel on the website or by sending the license key via e-mail.
4.3. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the Agreement completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and in a functional condition.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The product/service subject to this Agreement falls under the category of “services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible digital goods delivered instantly to the consumer.”
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible digital goods delivered instantly to the consumer (such as software, license codes, digital content, etc.).
Therefore, once the license key or panel access purchased by the BUYER is delivered/granted to the BUYER, cancellation and refund are not possible.
ARTICLE 6 – SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
In the implementation of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade and Consumer Courts located in the SELLER’s place of residence (Çanakkale) are authorized.
